Our Engine Room is equal parts alpine retreat, play gym and night club.

Trying anything new can be intimidating… But, rest assured, you will be immediately welcomed by our energetic coaches and the Rho Crew.

And, you don’t have to know how to Rho! Rowing is a low impact exercise, and each athlete is in complete control of the intensity.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR 21-DAY TRIAL

Arrive early: We’re located at 10 W Nifong Blvd Suite 115, inbetween Fleet Feet and CodeNinjas on the south side of Columbia.

Introductions: You’ll get a quick lesson on rowing and an intro to the workouts as you meet the crew and share any concerns, limitations or goals with the coach.

Bring your water: All you need is a bottle of water, everything else needed for your Rho workout is provided. (No need for specialty shoes, grips, mat, or apparel.) There are zero worries at Rho.
